Method

  1. Step 1

Remove casings from sausages. Combine sausage with 2 tbs salad dressing in a bowl, breaking up sausage with a spoon. Divide sausage mixture among wonton wrappers. Fold in half to enclose the filling. Pinch the edges to seal. Whisk the remaining dressing with 2 tbs hot water in a heatproof jug.
  2. Step 2

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Spray half the gyoza with olive oil spray. Add to the pan and cook for 1 min. Add half the salad dressing mixture to the pan. Cover and cook for 2-3 mins or until wonton bases are golden brown and gyoza are cooked through. Transfer to a serving platter. Repeat with the remaining gyoza and salad dressing mixture.
  3. Step 3

Cook the pak choy in a large saucepan of boiling water for 1 min or until just tender. Drain well. Divide the pak choy and gyoza among serving plates. Sprinkle with chilli, if using. Serve with extra salad dressing.
