  • 2 x 360g Coles Made Easy Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Breasts with Mushroom Butter
  • 300g Coles Australian Baby Spinach and Kale
  • 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • Steamed green beans, to serve

    Cook the chicken and heat the mushroom butter following packet directions. Keep warm.
