Prosciutto chicken with spinach and kale
Team tender chicken breasts wrapped in crispy prosciutto with a baby spinach and kale salad for a delicious weeknight meal that is ready in 15 minutes.
- 2 x 360g Coles Made Easy Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Breasts with Mushroom Butter
- 300g Coles Australian Baby Spinach and Kale
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- Steamed green beans, to serve
Cook the chicken and heat the mushroom butter following packet directions. Keep warm.
Combine the salad leaves, oil and lemon juice in a large bowl. Season.
Drizzle the chicken with mushroom butter. Serve with the salad and beans.
