  • 1 1/3 cups (200g) self-raising flour
  • 1 cup (280g) Coles Greek Style Natural Yoghurt
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tbs finely chopped coriander

Combine the flour and yoghurt in a bowl. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 5 mins or until smooth. Divide into 8 portions and roll each into a 20cm-long oval. Combine the butter, garlic and coriander in a small bowl.

Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Brush 1 naan with a little butter mixture and cook for 2 mins. Brush with more butter mixture. Turn and cook for a further 1-2 mins or until golden brown and puffed. Transfer to a plate a cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining naans and butter mixture. Serve naans with any remaining butter mixture.
