Ravioli and pumpkin bake

This hearty pasta bake will be your new go-to dinner. Five tasty ingredients and 30 minutes is all you need. Voila!

Ingredients

  • 500g pkt Coles Australian Diced Butternut Pumpkin
  • 2 x 350g pkts Coles Nature’s Kitchen Beef Ravioli
  • 2 x 425g tubs Coles Nature’s Kitchen Pasta Sauce
  • 1 cup (120g) coarsely grated pizza cheese
  • 210g Nature’s Kitchen 5 Grain Ciabatta Filled with Garlic & Parmesan

Method

STEP 1 

Preheat oven to 220°C. Cook the pumpkin following packet directions. 

STEP 2 

Cook the ravioli in a large saucepan of boiling water for 2 mins or until tender. Drain. 

STEP 3 

Place one-third of the ravioli in a 6-cup (1.5L) ovenproof dish. Top with one-third of the pumpkin, one-third of the pasta sauce and 1/4 cup (30g) cheese. Continue layering with the remaining ravioli, pumpkin, pasta sauce and cheese, finishing with cheese. Bake for 20 mins or until heated through and golden. 

STEP 4 

Meanwhile, cook the ciabatta following packet directions. 

STEP 5 

Serve the ravioli bake with ciabatta.
