Ingredients

  • 900g pkt Coles Made Easy Slow Cooked Lamb Shanks with Red Wine Sauce
  • 350g pkt Coles Cheddar Mash

Gremolata

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tbs chopped pistachios
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped

Method

STEP 1

Cook the lamb and heat the mashed potato following packet directions.

STEP 2

To make the gremolata, combine the parsley, pistachio, garlic and orange zest in a small bowl. Season.

STEP 3

Divide the mashed potato and lamb among serving plates. Sprinkle with the gremolata to serve.
