This retro Aussie rocky road is filled with all your favourite Australian treats. With Iced VoVos and potato chips, it’s the perfect combination of sweet and salty.

Ingredients

  • 300g dark chocolate buttons
  • 200g milk chocolate buttons
  • 20g copha or butter
  • 1/2 x 210g pkt Arnott’s Iced VoVo biscuits, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup (200g) Jaffas
  • 60g pkt Smith’s Original Crinkle Cut Chips
  • 100g Coles Vanilla Meringue Kisses, coarsely crushed
  • Chopped Arnott’s Iced VoVo biscuits, extra, to decorate
  • Jaffas, extra, to decorate
  • Smith’s Original Crinkle Cut Chips, extra, to decorate
  • Crushed Coles Vanilla Meringue Kisses, extra, to decorate

Method

STEP 1

Grease a 19cm x 29cm (base measurement) slice pan and line the base and sides with baking paper, allowing the sides to overhang. Place the combined chocolate and copha or butter in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (don’t let the bowl touch the water). Use a metal spoon to stir for 5 mins or until the mixture melts and is smooth.

STEP 2

Combine biscuit, Jaffas, chips and meringue kisses in a large bowl. Add the chocolate mixture and gently fold until just combined. Spoon into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with extra biscuits, Jaffas chips and meringue kisses. Set aside for 1 hour to set. Cut into pieces to serve.
