  • Toasted sourdough slices, to serve
  • 375g tub Coles Smooth Ricotta

Mango topping

  • Chopped mango, to serve
  • Passionfruit pulp, to serve
  • Lime zest, to serve

Tomato topping

  • Chopped mixed tomatoes, to serve
  • Basil leaves, to serve
  • Basil pesto, to serve

Strawberry topping

  • Sliced strawberries, to serve
  • Strawberry jam, to serve
  • Mint leaves, to serve

Avocado topping

  • Sliced avocado, to serve
  • Black and white sesame seeds, to serve

Berry topping

  • Blueberries, to serve
  • Blackberries, to serve
  • Maple syrup, to serve
  • Lemon zest, to serve

Method

STEP 1

Spread sourdough with ricotta. 

STEP 2

To make the mango topping, top sourdough with mango, passionfruit pulp and lime zest. 

STEP 3

To make the tomato topping, top sourdough with tomato, basil leaves and basil pesto. 

STEP 4

To make the strawberry topping, top sourdough with strawberry, jam and mint. 

STEP 5

To make the avocado topping, top sourdough with avocado and sesame seeds.

To make the berry topping, top sourdough with blueberries, blackberries, maple syrup and lemon zest.
