Roast beef, tomato and fetta wrap

This roast beef, tomato and fetta wrap makes for a tasty lunch. Plus, it only takes 10 minutes to put together.

Ingredients

  • 1 spinach wrap
  • 1 tbs mayonnaise
  • 10g baby spinach leaves
  • 4 red Perino tomatoes, sliced
  • 50g thinly sliced roast beef
  • 25g fetta, crumbled

Method

STEP 1 

Place the wrap on a clean work surface. Spread with mayonnaise. 

STEP 2

Top with spinach, tomato, roast beef and fetta. Roll up wrap tightly to enclose filling. Cut into half to serve. 

Store it: This wrap is best made fresh on the day. Wrap in paper and place in a lunch box with an ice brick to keep chilled.
