Salted caramel profiterole cake
This cheat’s salted caramel profiterole cake takes just 10 minutes to assemble. Easy and oh-so delicious, it’s a dish that’s sure to impress.
Note: + 1 hour setting time
- 3 pkts Coles Bakery Salted Caramel Profiteroles (12 pack)
- 1 1/2 x 180g pkts Cadbury Caramilk chocolate, chopped, melted
- Whipped cream, to serve
- Raspberries, to serve
- Sliced strawberries, to serve
- Salted caramel topping, to serve
Grease a 20cm (base measurement) springform pan and line with baking paper. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Dip 1 profiterole in the chocolate and arrange in the base of the prepared pan. Repeat with the remaining profiteroles and chocolate, arranging in 2 layers. Top cake with a disc of baking paper. Top with a plate and chill for 1 hour or until set.
Place the cake on a serving plate. Top with whipped cream, raspberries and strawberries. Drizzle with salted caramel topping to serve.
