  • 2 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • 2 carrots, peeled into ribbons
  • 2 x 250g pkts Wildly Good Smoky Cauliflower Burgers
  • 350g pkt Coles Kitchen Green Goddess Salad Kit

Method

  1. Step 1

    Combine the vinegar and sugar in a small bowl. Add the carrot, then season and toss to combine. Set aside for 10 mins to soak.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, heat burgers following packet directions.
  3. Step 3

    Toss the salad mix and almonds from the salad kit in a large bowl. Divide salad among serving plates and drizzle with dressing from the kit. Top with the burgers and carrot. Drizzle salad with a little of the carrot pickling liquid.
