S’mores waffle sandwiches
Topped with raspberry jam and melted chocolate, these s’mores waffle sandwiches are the ultimate fuss-free indulgence.
- 220g pkt Golden Light & Buttery Waffles (8 pack)
- 8 squares of Lindt Excellence 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate
- 4 large white marshmallows
- Raspberry jam, to serve
- Melted dark chocolate, to serve
- Raspberries, to serve
Line a large baking tray with foil. Toast the waffles in a toaster. Place on the prepared tray. Top half the waffles with 2 pieces of chocolate and 1 marshmallow each. Cook under a hot grill for 1-1 1/2 mins or until the marshmallows are browned and the chocolate starts to melt.
Spread the plain waffles with a little raspberry jam. Arrange, jam-side down, over the topped waffles. Stack the waffle sandwiches on a serving plate and drizzle with melted dark chocolate. Serve with raspberries.
