Snowflake meringue biscuits
These sweet little meringue biscuits are a great way to keep the kids busy this Christmas. They also make fantastic gifts for friends, teachers and loved ones.
- 300g pkt meringue and pavlova mix
- Sprinkles, to decorate
- Icing sugar, to dust
Preheat oven to 100°C. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Prepare the meringue and pavlova mix following packet directions. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a 1cm plain or fluted nozzle. Pipe onto lined trays to make snowflake shapes.
Decorate with sprinkles. Bake for 1 hour or until dry to the touch. Turn oven off. Leave meringues in oven, with the door ajar, to cool completely. Dust with icing sugar.
