Speedy beef pad see ew
Create an Asian-inspired dish the family will love. This beef pad see ew is so quick and easy, you’ll make it over and over again.
- 340g pkt thick egg noodles
- 500g beef rump steak, thinly sliced
- 600g pkt Coles Kitchen Ready to Stir-Fry Australian Rainbow Mix
- 205g pkt pad see ew cooking sauce
- Coriander sprigs, to serve
Cook the noodles in a saucepan of boiling water for 4 mins or until tender. Drain well.
Meanwhile, stir-fry the steak in a wok or large frying pan over high heat for 1-2 mins or until just cooked.
Add the vegetables, noodles and the cooking sauce to the wok or pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 mins or until the vegetables are tender and the mixture is heated through. Season.
Divide the beef mixture among serving bowls. Sprinkle with coriander and the chilli flakes from the pad see ew cooking sauce packet to serve.
