Steph Chiocci’s spinach and ham pizzas

Try this no-fuss homemade pizza by AFLW player, Steph Chiocci. Topped with spinach, ham and cheese, it’s guaranteed to satisfy all your pizza cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 wholemeal pizza bases
  • 1 cup (260g) Coles Italia Piccante Tomato and Chilli Pesto
  • 60g pkt Coles Australian Baby Spinach
  • 200g shredded ham
  • 2 cups (200g) shredded pizza cheese
  • Baby spinach leaves, extra, to serve

Method

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 200 ̊C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place pizza bases on lined trays. Spread evenly with the pesto.

STEP 2

Top pizza bases with spinach, ham and cheese.

STEP 3

Bake for 15 mins or until the cheese melts and is golden.

STEP 4

Top pizzas with extra spinach and cut into slices to serve.
