Ingredients
- 4 x 250g pkts Coles Kitchen Dough Balls, at room temperature
- 40g butter, melted
- 2 tbs cinnamon sugar
- 1/2 cup (80g) icing sugar mixture
- 3 tsp milk
- 100’s & 1000’s, to decorate
Method
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 220°C. Spray a 22cm ovenproof frying pan with olive oil spray. Knead 2 dough balls on a lightly oiled surface to combine. Repeat with the remaining dough balls. Roll out each portion to a 24cm x 30cm rectangle. Brush with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Starting from 1 long edge, roll up each rectangle and cut in half lengthways.
STEP 2
Twist one half and arrange in a coil in the centre of the prepared pan. Continue twisting and arranging the dough to fill the base of the pan. Bake for 20-25 mins or until the scroll is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on top. Set aside to cool slightly.
STEP 3
Combine the icing sugar and milk in a bowl to make a thin paste. Drizzle over the scroll. Sprinkle with 100’s & 1000’s.
