This trick-or-treat chocolate bark is a fun and super-easy Halloween idea. Decorated with pretzels and marshmallows, it’s a spooktacular treat.

Ingredients

  • 300g Coles White Choc Buttons, melted
  • 5 mini pretzels
  • Pink liquid food colouring
  • Coles Bake & Create Galaxy Sprinkles, to decorate
  • Coles Halloween Spider & Skull Mallows, to decorate
  • Mini marshmallows, to decorate
  • 2 large white marshmallows
  • Black writing icing, to decorate

Method

  1. Step 1

    Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Place a little of the chocolate in a sealable bag and cut a small piece from 1 corner. Drizzle over the pretzels.
  2. Step 2

    Stir a little pink food colouring into the remaining chocolate. Pour over the lined tray and spread out to a 25cm x 35cm rectangle. Decorate with sprinkles, spider and skull mallows, mini marshmallows and the pretzels. Cut large marshmallows in half and place on the bark. Use black writing icing to decorate marshmallows. Set aside for 30 mins to set.
  3. Step 3

    Break bark into pieces to serve.
