Tropical mango and almond smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (40g) natural almonds
- 1 tbs Scoop & Weigh Tropical Superfood Powder
- 200g chopped fresh or frozen mango
- 1 cup (250ml) coconut water
- 1/4 cup (70g) Greek-style yoghurt
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1 tbs Scoop & Weigh Coco-Nut Blend
- Chopped mango, extra, to serve
- Passionfruit pulp, to serve
Method
STEP 1
Place the almonds, superfood powder, mango, coconut water, yoghurt and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.
STEP 2
Pour the smoothie into a serving glass and top with the Coco-Nut Blend, extra mango and passionfruit to serve.
