Serve up a sensational dessert with this tropical pavlova. It’s a fruity treat that’s perfect for entertaining.
Note: + 4 hours chilling time
- 1/2 x 18g pkt Aeroplane Passionfruit Flavoured Jelly
- 500g Coles Pavlova
- 600ml thickened cream, whipped
- 1 mango, stoned, peeled, thinly sliced
- Coles Vanilla Meringue Kisses, to serve
- 2 passionfruit, halved
- Mint leaves, to serve
Prepare the jelly crystals in a heatproof bowl following packet directions. Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until set. Use a round-bladed knife to cut the jelly in the bowl into pieces.
Place the pavlova on a serving plate. Top with cream. Arrange the mango, jelly, and meringues over the cream. Drizzle with passionfruit pulp and sprinkle with mint. Serve immediately.
