Vegan cookies and cream iceblocks

Ingredients

  • 400ml can Coles Coconut Milk
  • 133g pkt Oreo Original biscuits

Method

STEP 1

Place the coconut milk and half the biscuits in a food processor and process until combined.

STEP 2

Place the remaining biscuits into iceblock moulds, then pour over the coconut cream mixture. Insert iceblock sticks into moulds and freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
