Veggie and kimchi burger

For a tasty twist on a family favourite, top brioche buns with veggie burgers, kimchi and mayo. On the table in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 veggie burger patties
  • 4 Coles Brioche Burger Buns, split, toasted
  • ¼ cup (75g) whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 400g tub kimchi, drained
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage

Method

STEP 1

Spray a large frying pan with olive oil spray. Place over medium heat. Cook the veggie patties for 4 mins each side or until golden brown and heated through.

STEP 2

Divide the bun bases among serving plates. Top bases evenly with the veggie patties, mayonnaise, kimchi, cabbage and bun tops and serve immediately.
