Veggie-loaded spaghetti bolognaise
Packed with veggies and rich flavour, this speedy spaghetti bolognaise is one to add to your dinner menu this week.
- 375g spaghetti
- 500g pork & beef bolognese mince
- 3 cups (420g) frozen mixed vegetables
- 500g Coles Mum’s Sause Bolognese
- 1/3 cup basil leaves
Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the mince and cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until the mince changes colour. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add the vegetables and sauce and stir to combine. Cook, covered, for 5 mins or until the mince is cooked and the mixture is heated through.
Divide the pasta among serving bowls. Top with the mince mixture and gently toss to combine. Sprinkle with basil to serve.
