Vietnamese-style iced coffee

Perfect for happy hour at home, this Vietnamese-style iced coffee is a mix of rich coffee, sweet condensed milk and liqueur. It’s a refreshing pick-me-up, ready in only 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250ml) espresso coffee
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) coffee liqueur or orange-flavoured liqueur (optional)
  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) milk

Method

STEP 1 

Divide the coffee and liqueur, if using, among serving glasses. Top with ice.

STEP 2 

Combine the condensed milk and milk in a jug. Pour the milk mixture evenly among serving glasses. Serve immediately.
