Warm chicken tortellini salad

It takes just 5 ingredients to make this delicious chicken pasta salad using hot roast chicken, spinach tortellini, tomatoes and green beans.

Ingredients

  • 625g pkt spinach and ricotta tortellini
  • 300g green beans, trimmed, cut into 5cm lengths
  • 1 Coles RSPCA Approved Hot Roast Portuguese Chicken, skin and bones removed, meat shredded
  • 200g Perino tomatoes, halved
  • ⅓ cup (80ml) Coles Italian Dressing

Method

STEP 1

Cook the tortellini in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions, adding the beans for the last 2 mins of cooking. Refresh under cold water. Drain well. Transfer to a large bowl.

STEP 2

Add the chicken, tomato and dressing to the pasta mixture in the bowl and toss to combine. Season. Divide among serving bowls.
