How to cook salmon

STEP 1

Pat the skin dry with paper towel. 

STEP 2

Spray with olive oil spray and season with salt  and pepper. 

STEP 3

Cook, skin-side down, for 3 minutes . Turn and cook for a further 2 minutes. 

Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
