How to scramble eggs

Want to know the trick to making the best scrambled eggs ever? Here are all the tips you need to whip up a batch of deliciously fluffy eggs.

Step 1

For creamy, light-as-air scrambled eggs, whisk eggs into a medium bowl until no white or yolk is visible. Add a generous splash of cream or milk and whisk until combined, then season.

Step 2

Melt a little butter in a non-stick frying pan over low heat. Add the egg mixture to the pan and increase heat to medium-low. Once the egg begins to set on the base, use a flat-edged wooden spoon to gently push the mixture around the pan until cooked to your liking, trying not to break up the mixture too much.

Step 3

Remove from heat and serve immediately.
