Quick and Easy Chilli

Ingredients

  • 500g Cook with Curtis Mexican Recipe Beef Mince
  • 2 cups (500ml) salt-reduced beef stock
  • 400g can crushed tomatoes
  • 400g can red kidney beans, rinsed, drained

Method

  1. Heat a large non-stick saucepan over high heat. Add beef and cook, stirring to break up lumps, for 5 mins or until browned.
  2. Add stock, tomato and beans. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 mins or until thickened slightly. Season with salt.

Serve with shredded tasty cheddar, sour cream, sliced spring onions and corn chips
