Stir-Fried Thai Beef With Lettuce Cups

Ingredients

  • 500g Cook with Curtis Thai Recipe Beef Mince
  • 2 cups (160g) thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 1 carrot, peeled, cut into matchsticks
  • ¼ cup (60ml) fish sauce
  • 2 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated

Method

  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add the beef and cook, stirring to break up lumps, for 5 mins or until cooked through.
  2. Remove from heat. Add the cabbage, carrot and fish sauce. Stir to blend flavours.
  3. Spoon the beef mixture into the lettuce leaves.

Serve with coriander leaves, bean sprouts, chopped roasted peanuts and lime wedges
