Lemon-Lime Iced Tea with Ginger Wine

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes, to serve
  • 1 tsp bitters
  • 1 cup (250ml) ginger wine
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 limes, thinly sliced
  • 2 yellow peaches, stoned, thinly sliced
  • Mint sprigs, to serve
  • 750ml btl chilled Coles Organic
  • Ice Tea with Peach

Method

  1. Place serving glasses in the freezer to chill.
  2. Place ice cubes in a large serving jug. Add the bitters and wine.
  3. Add the lemon, lime, peach and mint to the jug. Pour over the iced tea and stir to combine. Divide among the chilled glasses and serve immediately.

Switch to soft:
For an alcohol-free drink, omit bitters and swap the ginger wine for non-alcoholic ginger beer or ginger ale.
