Tropical Pavlova

Ingredients

  • 85g pkt Aeroplane Passionfruit Flavoured Jelly
  • 500g Coles Pavlova
  • 600ml thickened cream, whipped
  • 1 mango, stoned, peeled, thinly sliced
  • Coles Vanilla Meringue Kisses, to serve
  • 2 passionfruit, halved
  • Mint leaves, to serve

Method

  1. Prepare the jelly crystals in a heatproof bowl following packet directions. Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until set. Use a round-bladed knife to cut the jelly in the bowl into pieces.
  2. Place the pavlova on a serving plate. Top with the cream. Arrange mango, jelly, and meringues over the cream. Drizzle with passionfruit pulp and sprinkle with mint. Serve immediately.
