Loaded Pizza

Ingredients

  • 470g Coles Pumpkin & Fetta Pizza
  • 480g Coles Made Easy Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder with Apple & BBQ Sauce
  • 350g Coles Special Burger Slaw Kit
  • Coles Australian Baby Spinach, to serve

Method

  1. Cook the pizza following packet directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pork in a saucepan over high heat, turning occasionally, for 6-8 mins or until heated through. Shred and toss through sauce. Keep warm. Prepare the slaw kit.
  3. Top pizza with pork and spinach. Serve with the slaw.
