Ingredients

  • 1kg Crème Gold potatoes*, chopped
  • 300g green beans, halved
  • 4 Coles Australian Free Range Eggs
  • 185g pkt Coles Kitchen Mediterranean Salad Bowl
  • 425g can Coles Tuna Chunks in Springwater, drained

Method

  1. Step 1

    Cook the potato in a large saucepan of boiling water for 12 mins or until tender, adding the beans for the last 2 mins of cooking. Refresh under cold water. Drain.
  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, cook the eggs in a small saucepan of boiling water for 6 mins for soft-boiled** or until cooked to your liking. Drain and refresh under cold water. Peel and cut in half.
  3. Step 3

    Arrange the salad bowl on a serving platter, reserving the dressing. Top with the potato, egg and tuna. Drizzle with dressing. Season.



    *If unavailable, use 1kg white washed potatoes.

    1. Step 1
