Chargrilled pork chops with sage butter

Take dinner up a notch with these chargrilled pork steaks. Served with sage butter, this simple dish is sure to impress.

Ingredients

  • 500g Coles Australian Pork Thin Cut Loin Steaks*
  • 400g pkt Coles Kitchen BBQ Veggie Medley
  • 400g pkt Coles Kitchen Baby Potatoes with Butter and Parsley
  • 12 sage leaves
  • 120g pkt Coles Australian Baby Rocket

Method

STEP 1

Preheat a chargrill on medium. Spray the pork and vegetables with olive oil spray. Season. Cook pork on the grill for 1 min each side or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cover to keep warm. Cook the vegetables on the grill, turning occasionally, for 5 mins or until tender.

STEP 2

Prepare the potatoes following packet directions, reserving the butter. Melt the reserved butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the sage leaves and cook for 1 min or until crisp. Use a slotted spoon to transfer to a plate lined with paper towel, reserving the butter in the pan. 

STEP 3

Arrange the pork, vegetables and rocket among serving platter. Pour reserved butter over the pork. Sprinkle with sage leaves. Season with pepper to serve.
