All you need is: 3 extra large eggs + 1/3 cup (80mL) vegetable oil or 125g butter, melted + 3/4 cup (180mL) water or 3/4 cup (180mL) milk Prep time 10 mins Baking time 45-50 mins 20 cm round and at least 5 cm deep cake pan 3 Simple Steps! Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan forced). Grease a 20cm round and at least 5cm deep cake pan with cooking spray. Line the base with baking paper. 1. Beat cake mix, eggs, oil and water (or cake mix, eggs, butter and milk) in a large bowl with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium speed for 2 minutes (do not eat unbaked batter). Pour into pan. 2. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until skewer inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in pan, and then gently remove from pan onto a wire rack to cool completely. 3. Swirl chocolate frosting over the top of cake. Pan size Bundt pan: A deep flutted 22cm (top measurement) cake pan. Loaf pan: A 6cm deep 10cm x 20.5cm (base measurement) loaf pan.
