Cucina Matese Italian Arborio Rice is a premium quality Italian rice perfect for creating classic risotto. It's produced by a family-run company and grown and processed in the Po valley in Northern Italy.
Arborio is a variety of rice with a long and rounded shape that lends itself perfectly to risotto. With Cucina Matese Italian Arborio Rice you get a firm and slightly chewy grain which holds it shape and creates deliciously creamy risotto. The high starch content of Cucina Matese Arborio Rice also allows it to absorb large amounts of broth during cooking, resulting in a rich and full flavour and hearty texture.
Cucina Matese Arborio Rice is produced by a family of millers in the town of Po Valley in Northern Italy who select only the finest Italian grains for their premium Arborio rice.
