The process begins with Laurent's unique 30 year old Sour Dough culture and is then carefully prepared by mixing the dough, allowing it to rest and ferment, and baking it on specialised hot stone. Combined with a passion for excellence and uncompromising quality, this creates a unique and delicious bread that has a open, soft & light internal texture and a satisfying crispy crust on the outside.
