Oven:\r\nHow to cook:1. Take the beef out of the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature.2. Preheat oven to 160C (140C fan forced).3. Remove the packaging and dice the beef into roughly 2.5cm pieces.4. Heat a casserole dish over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil.5. Add the beef to the casserole dish and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until browned. 6. Add the vegetables of your choice such as diced carrots, onions and potatoes. Cook for a further 4 to 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper. 7. Add water, beef stock or tinned diced tomatoes to cover about 2cm above the meat. Stir well, ensuring to scrape up all the bits from the bottom of the casserole dish.8. Put the lid on the casserole dish and place in the oven, cook for 1.5 to 2 hours until the meat is tender and vegetables are cooked.9. Once cooked remove from the oven and serve.\r\n\r\n

Keep refrigerated. Store at or below 5°C\r\nTo freeze, do so on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Allow to fully thaw in the refrigerator prior to cooking and keep refrigerated until use. Use within 1 days of thawing. Once thawed do not refreeze.
