Pan fry and oven<ol><li>Preheat oven to 190°C Fan Forced (210°c conventional).</li><li>Heat a heavy based frying pan on medium to high heat with 1tbsp of vegetable oil.</li><li>Remove the meatballs from the pack and carefully roll them in your hand to make them round.</li><li>Turn the heat down on the frying pan to a medium heat, add meatballs to the pan.</li><li>Turn the meatballs every 30 seconds until evenly golden brown by cooking them for approximately 8 - 10 minutes.</li><li>Place on an oven tray into the pre-heated oven, cook for a further 10 minutes.</li><li>Remove from the oven and rest in the tray for 3 minutes before serving.</li></ol>Chefs Tip: Instead of cooking in the oven, cook with a 500g jar of your favourite tomato sauce and simmer for 10 mins in the frying pan. Serve with spaghetti pasta and freshly grated parmesan.\r\n\r\n

Preparation instructions

Keep refrigerated. Store at or below 5°C To freeze, do so on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Allow to fully thaw in the refrigerator prior to cooking and keep refrigerated until use. Use within 1 days of thawing. Once thawed do not refreeze.
