It is crafted over 33 hours starting with adding Laurent's unique 30 year old Sour Dough culture, mixing the dough, allowing it to rest and ferment, and baking it on specialised hot stone. This creates a unique and delicious bread that has a soft and light internal texture and a satisfying crispy crust on the outside.
