BBQ Glazed Brisket&nbsp;1 Coles Beef Brisket1cup beef Stock1cup Pineapple juicecup bbq sauce1/4cup brown sugar1tbs coarse ground black pepper1tbs sea salt1tbs smoked paprika&nbsp;Method:&nbsp;<ol> <li>Preheat an oven to 160°c fan forced (180°c conventional)</li> <li>In a small saucepan combine: beef stock, pineapple juice, bbq sauce, brown sugar, sea salt and smoked paprika; and bring to the boil</li> <li>Remove all packaging from the brisket</li> <li>Place the brisket into a deep sided oven tray</li> <li>Carefully pour over the sauce from the saucepan and cover the tray with baking paper and then cover and seal the tray with foil</li> <li>Place into the pre-heated oven and cook for 4 5 hours until the meat is tender</li> <li>Remove from the oven tray and allow to rest</li> <li>Add the liquid from the oven tray to a saucepan, place over a medium heat and reduce until thick and syrupy</li> <li>Put the reduced cooking liquor to one side until ready to use</li></ol>Glazing the Brisket<ol> <li>Heat an oven or BBQ with a hood to 160-180°c.</li> <li>Place the cooked brisket on a tray</li> <li>Baste the brisket with the reduced cooking liquor using a spoon or basting brush do not use all of the cooking liquor</li> <li>Put the glazed brisket into the oven or BBQ</li> <li>Continue to glaze every 10 minutes until the brisket is warmed through and the glaze on the outside has thickened and turned glossy</li> <li>Carve and serve immediately</li></ol>To Serve: Carve by slicing the brisket across the grain of the meat.&nbsp;&nbsp;\r\n\r\n

Keep refrigerated. Store at or below 5°C\r\nTo freeze, do so on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Allow to fully thaw in the refrigerator prior to cooking and keep refrigerated until use. Use within 1 days of thawing. Once thawed do not refreeze.
