INGREDIENTS: Australian No Added Hormone Beef Porterhouse (90%), Cracked Black Pepper and Thyme Butter (10%) [Butter (Cream or Whey Cream (Milk), Water, Salt), Cracked Pepper and Thyme Seasoning (Salt, Sugar, Cracked Black Pepper, Thyme, Onion Powder, Food Acid (330), Canola Oil, Herb Extract), Water, Thickener (1414)].

HOW TO COOK: 1. Take the steak out of the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature. 2. Remove the packaging and lightly oil the steak (not the pan) and season with salt. 3. Heat a frying pan (or barbecue) to high heat until sizzling hot. 4. Place the steak in the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes each side for RARE, 5 to 6 minutes each side for MEDIUM and 7 to 8 minutes each side for WELL DONE or until cooked to your liking. 5. Once cooked remove from the pan, transfer to a plate, cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes before serving. 6. Before serving add the butter to the pan and allow to melt before pouring over the steak. Tip: To check if your steak is done to your liking press gently using your thumb. The steak will feel soft and spongy when rare, slightly firmer and springy when medium, and very firm when well done.
