Recipe:Glazed &amp; Braised Beef&nbsp;Short Ribs&nbsp;3 Coles Beef Short Ribs1 cup beef stock1 cup red wine2 garlic cloves, crushed4 thyme sprigs1tsp salt1tsp black pepper&nbsp;Braising Method&nbsp;<ol> <li>Pre heat an oven to 160°c fan forced</li> <li>For the braising liquid combine the stock, wine, garlic and thyme in a saucepan and bring to the boil</li> <li>Season the ribs generously with salt and pepper and place them into a deep roasting dish</li> <li>Carefully pour the hot braising liquid into the roasting dish</li> <li>Cover the tray with baking paper and then foil to seal the tray</li> <li>Place into the oven and cook for 1 - 2 hrs until the meat is tender to the touch</li> <li>Carefully pour off the braising liquid and reserve until needed</li> <li>Remove the tray from the oven and allow to cool</li></ol>&nbsp;Glazing Oven Method<ol> <li>Pre-heat oven to 180°c</li> <li>Brush the ribs with some of the braising liquid and place into the oven (bone side down) on a roasting tray uncovered</li> <li>Glaze every 10 minutes until the ribs are heated though and the outside is caramelized</li></ol>&nbsp;Glazing BBQ Method<ol> <li>Heat you BBQ until smoking hot</li> <li>Brush the ribs with some of the braising liquid and place onto the grill (bone side down)</li> <li>Cook turning and glazing every couple of minutes until the ribs are heated through and the outside is caramelized.</li></ol>\r\n\r\nOven:\r\nPlease see MDS attached\r\n\r\n
