We created this Bolognese sauce starting from a traditional base of celery, carrot and onion, we added sweet tomatoes and herbs, all seasoned with a pinch of our secret smoked salt. Abbiamo creato questo sugo alla Bolognese partendo da una base tradizionale di sedano, carota e cipolla, abbiamo aggiunto pomodori dolci ed erbe, il tutto condito con un pizzico del nostro sale affumicato segreto.
