The pristine Le Stagiaire Chardonnay fruit is from Garagistes Balnarring, Tuerong and Red Hill vineyards. The fruit is hand-sorted in the vineyard and winery then whole bunch pressed. The cloudy juice transferred to a mixture of new and old puncheons to ferment using only indigenous yeasts. Matured on its lees in barrel for nine months.'Lovely chardonnay and ready to go.
