We only use Australian wheat flour because we think it's the best in the world. Our live sourdough culture is lovingly combined with fermented rye for a flavour we know you'll love. Punchy, with just the right amount of sour. We take our time to rest the dough, so the flavour and texture are perfect. And then we bake.
