Sourced from four single vineyards in Geelong, two in the Moorabool Valley (Hillside Haven & Springbank) and two from the Bellarine (Hat Rock & Suma Park) All fruit was handpicked and fermented separately to keep the individual vineyard characters distinct. Dark plums and spice abound on the nose, the Pinot Noir is savoury and spicy on the palate. This is a wine of finesse with dense red and black cherries and complex tannins.Now, more than ever, it's so important to support local victorian producers.
