Ovation Brut Cuvee bares a pale-gild colour with aromas of French pastries, fresh strawberries, and preserved lemon. The palate is elegantly balanced displaying red current, nougat, and lemon curd. The delicate bead and gentle creamy texture are offset by a refreshing acidity and complex finish with lingering flavours of lemon meringue. Ovation Brut Cuvee is crafted from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes sourced from some of the Adelaide Hills best sparkling wine vineyards. The wine is made in the traditional method with a blend of vintages to build complexity with the wine spending an average of 35 months on yeast lees.
