Sourced from premium wine regions throughout Australia. The fruit was crushed, de-stemmed and immediately clarified. Fermentation followed for 2 weeks at cool temperatures after inoculating with selected yeast strains. This allowed the wine to retain intense aromas and maximum fruit characters.
