Ingredients

  • 700g pkt Coles Chicken in Creamy Tomato Sauce
  • 250g Coles Frozen Cauliflower & Broccoli
  • 1tbs thyme leaves
  • 500g Coles frozen Potato Royals
  • 1 cup (120g) Coles Shredded 4 Cheese Blend
  • 150g baby leaf and beetroot mix

Method

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Empty chicken mixture into a 6-cup (1.5L) capacity oven-proof dish. Use 2 forks to coarsely shred the chicken. Add the vegetables and half the thyme and stir to combine.

  2. Step 2

    Arrange potato over the top of the chicken mixture. Bake for 15 mins. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for a further 15 mins or until golden and heated through.

  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle with remaining thyme. Serve with baby leaf and beetroot mix.
