Açai and strawberry smoothie bowl

Ingredients

  • 200g frozen açai puree
  • 1 banana, peeled, chopped
  • 2/3 cup (160ml) reduced-fat soy milk
  • 20g Coles Perform Vanilla Plant
  • Protein Powder
  • 1 cup (250ml) chilled water
  • 250g frozen strawberries
  • 150g fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tsp white chia seeds

Method

  1. Step 1

    Place the açai puree, banana, milk, protein powder, chilled water and frozen strawberries in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Step 2

    Divide smoothie between serving bowls. Top with the fresh strawberry and sprinkle with chia seeds.
