Adam’s rum balls

Ingredients

  • 250g Arnott’s Milk Arrowroot biscuits, finely crushed
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (85g) desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup (25g) cocoa powder
  • 2 tbs dark rum
  • 1/2 cup (42g) desiccated coconut, extra

Method

  1. Step 1

    Combine the biscuit, condensed milk, coconut, cocoa powder and rum or orange juice in a large bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Place extra coconut on a plate. Roll 1-tbs portions of the mixture into balls. Place in the extra coconut and turn to coat. Transfer to a lined tray. Place in the fridge for 30 mins or until firm.
